Shipping and returns information

Delivery Information

Please note that poles and protein shakes purchased will be delivered direct from the manufacturers and can take from 2 - 5 working days. Poles are shipped with the courier UPS and when your order is shipped you will receive and email with the tracking code which enables you to track your order on their website http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

Delivery pricing for poles varies depending on the destination country as these items are bulky and heavy. Delivery pricing for these items will be confirmed before you finalise your order. 

All other items will be despatched by Pole Motion through Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch within 1 - 2 working days; however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to 5 working days. Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery of your order.

You will be informed if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale products and products on special offer as these are sold on a first come first served basis. 

UK Standard Delivery

Exact price will vary by weight and will be confirmed before you finalise your order.  All parcels for UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery of your order. 

 

Rest of Europe (EU Country) Delivery

Exact price will vary by weight and will be confirmed before you finalise your order.  All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International signed for service depending on the package and the destination. 

Orders for delivery outside the UK may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed. 

 

Rest of World (Non EU Country) Delivery

Exact price will vary by weight and will be confirmed before you finalise your order.  All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with proof of delivery and in some cases signed for depending on the package and the destination. 

Orders for delivery outside the UK may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your products when you shop with us, but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.

If you are returning a top, please make sure it does not have make up or deodorant marks on it. We are only a small business and we cannot lose stock in this way so we'd appreciate it if you could be careful when trying on items and return them in the condition you received them in if they are not suitable. 

Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.

DVDs are returnable only if the cellophane outer seal is intact and unopened (unless the disc is faulty). As Mats are handmade to order they are only returnable if faulty.

Pole Motion reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of a product that has been damaged in any way.


How to return/exchange an item:

For poles please contact us at info@polemotion.com to arrange - we cannot accept poles returned to the below address.

For all other items, please follow the steps below.

1. Download and print the form from the website here.

2. Fill in the form and list items - please tick refund or exchange and select one of the return reason codes.  Please note we are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different colour or size. 

2.Ensure you return your unworn/unused goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels within 14 days.

3.Place to goods you are returning into the bag they were delivered in and include the return/exchange form in the bag.

4.Write the address on the package and seal the bag. 

5.Take your parcel to your nearest post office and add postage as required for the items you are returning. The postage costs are borne by the customer.  Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.

Crediting your return

Please allow 2 weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed. The original card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund once we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good order.
