Pole dancing is global and we've made many friends in many different countries around the world. Here we talk to pole dancing fan and enthusiast Danielle Brosnan from America and find out how she got started in pole dancing.

1.How and why did you first get interested in pole dancing?
2.What was your first lesson like? How did you feel?
From the minute I started i loved it, it was an hour long full on exercise class, I felt like i was going to collapse but I was enjoying it so much I couldn't stop.
3.What is it about pole dancing that you enjoy the most?
I enjoyed the way i was being tested physically but it was still fun, I was working out so intensely but it didn't really feel like it when dancing on the pole.
I was so bursting of energy the next morning even if my muscles were a little bit sore (I hadn't worked out much before I started pole fitness). My body toned up so quickly, my skin was so clear and my hair was lovely and shiny within days I actually saw results the same week!! I didn't diet or change anything else, but every week I was so excited about the classes (not something you expect to hear about a gym class) it was like a girly get together. A a few of us actually decided to go a few times a week so we requested the use of the room so we could practice more :)
Carousel Straddle, Cork Screw and the sun wheel (the most fun)
